The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was simple but sufficient for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us great advice and information about the city.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to the train station. Robby was incredibly attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the charming narrow street. The key system was easy to use and there were two large, clean bathrooms available. Although there was no cooking allowed, there is a fridge for guests to use. Robby's knowledge of Naples was impressive and he had compiled a comprehensive file of things to do in the city. it was excellent value for the price and I highly recommend it.
